Hotel-quality cleaning, with a mother's care
Maria Osornio has called California home for more than 30 years. Before starting her own business, she spent 10 years cleaning rooms for Hilton and DoubleTree hotels, where every room has to be spotless for the next guest. That is where she learned the standards she still works by today.
For more than 10 years, Maria has run Sahayra's House Cleaning, bringing that hotel-level attention to detail into local homes. As a mother of five, she knows how busy family life gets, and how good it feels to walk into a clean house at the end of the day. Her team treats every home with the same care she gives her own.

Berkeley
Classic Craftsman bungalows and brown-shingle homes, many built in the early 1900s, plus apartments near campus. These homes have original hardwood floors, wood trim, built-in cabinets and lots of windows, so we dust the details by hand and use wood-safe products on floors.
Albany
A small, walkable town of cozy 1920s–1940s bungalows and cottages close to Solano Avenue. Rooms are compact and full of family life, so we focus on kitchens, bathrooms and floors that get daily use.
Emeryville
Mostly modern condos, lofts and townhomes, many in converted industrial buildings. We know how to care for open floor plans, big windows, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
Marina Bay, Richmond
Waterfront townhomes and condos with views of the bay, mostly built from the 1990s on, many in HOA communities. Salt air and sun leave film on glass and sliding doors, so windows, tracks and patios get extra attention.
Pinole
A quiet suburban town of single-family homes, many mid-century ranch houses and hillside homes with views. Family homes with yards and pets bring in dust and dirt, so we keep entryways, carpets and floors in check.
Hercules
Newer planned neighborhoods with larger two-story homes and townhomes, many built from the 1980s to today. More bedrooms, more bathrooms and stairs, so we plan each visit to cover the whole house, top to bottom.
Walnut Creek
Spacious single-family homes in quiet neighborhoods, from mid-century ranch houses to newer upscale homes, plus condos near downtown. Bigger homes mean more rooms and bathrooms, and the hot, dry summers bring dust, so we keep floors, baseboards and window sills spotless.
